What to expect

  • As part of the management team, you are co-responsible for the customer-centric development and implementation of the divisional strategy.
  • You review the ongoing digitization and transformation initiatives and continuously identify new opportunities.
  • You take responsibility for key implementations in different roles, e.g., as project manager or sparring partner.
  • You are an evangelist of change and ensure a step-by-step change of context and culture through innovative methods and events.
  • You build a broad network in and outside of the organization as a facilitator, communicator, and connector for HR digitization activities.

What to bring

  • You have an excellent degree, in which subject plays a minor role, and professional experience involving digitization and transformation.
  • You have several years of practical experience with classic project methods and customer-centric agile methods such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-Up and SCRUM.
  • You are not only highly skilled in the practical use of PowerPoint, but also an outstanding storyteller.
  • Your convincing personal appearance and your strategic and operational understanding enable you to manage a long-term roadmap.
  • Your strong empathy and intrinsic motivation help you to implement digitalization activities consistently and collaboratively as well as striving for continuous training around transformation, digitalization and qualification.
  • You are creative, solution-oriented, communicative and have a hands-on mentality to overcome potential implementation challenges quickly.
  • You are business fluent in English and German, Spanish would be an advantage.
