About Us: We are a leading global connectivity provider, combining submarine and terrestrial networks with data centers. Our infrastructure includes eight state-of-the-art submarine fiber optic cables and terrestrial backhauls that together span over 100,000 km, with nearly 100 PoPs in 17 countries, along with 27 data centers. We offer advanced solutions in Capacity, IP, Security, and Colocation to companies seeking innovation and growth. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Sales Representative who will be a key driver of growth in our company.

What will we achieve together? In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Network Monitoring and Analysis:

Continuously monitor network traffic and performance using specialized tools.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues before they impact users.

• Capacity Planning:

Predict future capacity needs based on expected traffic growth and service demand.

Develop and execute plans to proactively expand network capacity.

• Resource Optimization:

Implement techniques and tools to maximize efficient use of network resources.

Adjust network configurations to improve performance and efficiency.

• Demand Management:

Adjust network capacity based on variations in user demand.

Collaborate with other teams to manage traffic peaks and ensure service continuity.

• Network Security:

Work with the security team to ensure proper application of security policies.

• Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Generate periodic reports on network performance and implemented improvements.

• Experience: At least 5 years in optimizing networks and managing large-scale traffic.
