The PMO team supports our transformation program and works on projects in the AIOps environment to achieve our top priorities: reducing costs, increasing the level of autonomy, and enhancing the customerexperience (CEX).

What to Expect

As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will support our PMO team in the Transformation OotF and contribute to projects in the #AIOps environment. Your tasks include:

• #Strategy: Supporting us in translating our "Operations of the Future (OotF)" vision into a concrete strategy and driving its realization.
• #Stakeholdermanagement: Collaborating closely with various stakeholders and helping to successfully integrate their projects into the OotF ecosystem.
• #Projectmanagement: Identifying new areas of focus and supporting the initiation of OotF-related projects.
• #Support: Assisting our Project Management Office in planning, coordinating, and monitoring transformation projects.
• #Projects: Contributing to exciting #AIOps projects and helping to make processes more efficient through intelligent solutions.

What You Bring

• Enrolled student in (business) #informatics, #mathematics, #data/#computer science, or a related field
• Ability to understand technical #concepts, follow their implementation, and translate them into #strategies and operational actions
• Enthusiasm for working with different #teams in a cross-functional environment and driving progress together
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex systems and cross-functional topics
• A structured, diligent, independent, and responsible working style
